Aims and objectives
This short course aims to provide delegates with the information necessary to work safely with Display Screen Equipment (DSE/VDU).
Intended for
Any person who is defined as a DSE “user” under the Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992. This is a person who uses display screen equipment for a significant part of their day. It is suggested that any person using a PC for more than an hour a day would be classed as a “user”.
Why choose this course?
The Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992 state that employers must train their staff who use PC’s for a significant part of the day, in the correct use of display screen equipment.
